How to Register Online

Please use a desktop or laptop to fill out the form.

Head over to www.kesschools.com.
Click the “Admissions” tab.
Select your child’s grade.
Fill out the registration form.
Ensure you upload the Birth Certificate.

Required Documents (For Interaction)

Please bring the ORIGINALS and ONE set of clear self-attested COPIES of all documents for verification.

Mandatory Documents

Signed online admission form (both parents must sign)
Birth certificate (Municipal or English Affidavit)
Aadhaar Cards for the child and both parents
Proof of residence (if address is not on Aadhaar Card)
Photos: Father, Mother, Child (2x3 inches, blue background)

Extra Documents (If Applicable)

Caste certificate (in the child’s name)
Guardian affidavit (for single parents)
Medical certificate (for special needs children)

Important Communication Guidelines

WhatsApp Communication: Your registered mobile number will be used for all updates.
Document Submission: We will notify you of exact dates and times via WhatsApp.
Application Status: Keep all WhatsApp messages containing your form number.
Final Decision: Submission does not guarantee admission. Seats are limited.
Inquiries: Please use the designated WhatsApp line for queries — avoid calls.
Siblings: Sibling preference applies only to biological brothers and sisters.
